    Nancy Friedberg's penchant for crystallizing individual development needs and designing customized plans to produce transformation, for the individual and the corporation, have earned her recognition in the field of Career Management.

    She frequently speaks at Professional Associations and Universities on career management and advanced job search strategy topics. She has been featured in various publications including The New York Times, Fortune, New York NewsDay, Real Simple, Mademoiselle, and Black Enterprise. She has been a regular monthly guest on CNNfn and has appeared on the following television programs, Good Day New York, CNBC, Geraldo Rivera and Oprah Winfrey.

    Prior to establishing Career Leverage, Nancy's corporate track record was marked by several innovative initiatives. As Manager of Employee Development for the Continental Insurance Corporation, she directed a fast track leadership program for the Office of the Chairman. Some of her major contributions included co-creating and establishing the company's first Career Planning and Executive Development Program which subsequently became the company-wide model of success. Her progressive team approach to the development of future leaders helped Continental win the prestigious 1992 Catalyst Award. While serving in a Senior Human Resources Specialist role at R.R. Donnelley and Sons Company, she deepened her expertise in the area of performance management and 360 degree feedback process while on the design and training team for the development and implementation of a state of the art performance leadership system. She also worked in Human Resources as an Employee Relations Analyst with Lehman Brothers for the Capital Markets Client group.

    Nancy is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (Leadership, Team, and Emotional Intelligence reports), Benchmarks, Clark Wilson's Leadership based competency systems (utilizing 360 degree feedback), DDI's Behavioral Interview Method, Career Anchors, Career Architect, Strong Campbell Interest Inventory and Career Vectors. She currently serves as a mentor for the National Black MBA Association and is a past Board Member and Membership Chairperson for the International Association for Career Management Professionals.

    Nancy holds an M.A. in Industrial /Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. from George Washington University.

    Nancy is married and lives in Westchester with her husband and two sons.
